Role Overview

What You Will Do 

• Design, develop and improve automated reports and dashboards to measure performance and support business needs
• Pull and leverage data to provide proactive, actionable insights that can identify growth opportunities, increase efficiency, and/or deepen understanding of business
• Set strategic and measurable goals, define new metrics and collaborate with other teams to achieve success on cross-team projects
• Has the potential to become a subject matter expert in Retail categories and Pricing

Basic Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in business analysis in a fast-paced technology-oriented organization (eCommerce preferred). 
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI required). 
• Proven experience in product analysis, data reporting, or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively

Preferred Qualifications 

• Language: Strong English proficiency (verbal and written).
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Python, R, SAS, or other statistical tools.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across teams and communicate insights that influence strategic decisions.
