KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1/ Product & Commercial Planning

- Oversee planning & execution for new product Go-To-Market plans, including building & deciding launching milestones, product positioning, level of investment, distribution scale, communication directions for both ATL, BTL, etc.

- Initiate, plan and execute commercial activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and full year business targets.

2/ Demand Creation/Activation

- Understand target customers for personal audio system by segment to know where and how to approach, convert and win them.

- Liaise with product expert/training & marcom to build strong partnerships with audio/audiophile communities to grow Sony premium audio segment.

3/ Category PSI Management

- In charge of category PSI (purchase/sell/inventory) management & forecasting, including sell-out/sell-in channel inventory day of sales with market assumption and category action (promotion, clearance, channel expansion).

- Work closely with sales team to manage PSI by channel to ensure healthy market inventory.

- Work on commercial/communication activities by channel to push sell-out/sell-in leveraging Commercial Investment budget efficiently.

4/ Operation & KPIs Management

- Monitor weekly sell-out/sell-in by model to have quick responses to the market/timely action plans to improve sellout as well as achieve monthly sell-in plans.

- Manage PSI forecast accurately and efficiently to achieve business & operational KPIs.

- Manage P&L, Commercial Investment, A&P budgets efficiently as well as ensuring high forecast accuracy.
