About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Overview of the Role
We are seeking a visionary and high-impact Senior Director of Performance Analytics to lead the transformation of how data defines, measures, and scales global sales enablement. Reporting into the head of Enablement Strategy, you will be the primary architect of our measurement ecosystem, owning the global performance roadmap, engaging executive stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams to build an intelligent, AI-led measurement strategy that scales globally.
Strategic Leadership & Accountability
Visionary Functional Leadership: Drive the long-term vision and strategy for Performance Analytics, establishing the function as a global Center of Excellence (CoE) for data-driven decision-making.
Unified Measurement Framework: Architect and lead the implementation of a single, globally recognized framework to measure enablement effectiveness
AI-Led Measurement: Design the "Measurement of the Future" by piloting AI-driven assessments and agentic interactions to validate seller skills and behaviors.
Accountability for Strategic Initiatives: Own the design, launch, and iteration of the ‘AE Readiness Index’ across all 15 Operating Units (OUs), providing a 360-degree view of seller preparedness.
Operational Decision Intelligence: Embed success metrics into the core enablement operating model, ensuring that planning and execution cycles are informed by predictive insights.
Stakeholder Management: Work cross functionally with data, technology and business user teams to drive the development roadmap, launching and iterating the innovative solutions within AI powered measurement.
Responsibilities
Prove the Impact: Transition the organization from assuming enablement works to rigorously proving how it accelerates seller behaviors and business outcomes.
Measure What Matters: Deliver a holistic view of readiness that encompasses skills, performance, and impact, ensuring actionable insights for both sellers and executive leaders.
Drive Global Alignment: Lead a cross-functional community of practice across Sales Strategy, Technology, and Enablement to ensure the performance roadmap aligns with enterprise goals.
Required Experience
Experience: 12+ years in business or technology consulting with a proven track record of leading large scale performance and analytics initiatives.
Mindset: A decisive, action-oriented leader with the intellectual curiosity to continuously evolve the performance and analytics function into a true Center of Excellence
Data Fluency & Analytical Interpretation: Advanced proficiency in leveraging industry-standard analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to manipulate large datasets
Strategic Communication: Proven ability to translate complex analytical models into compelling, high-level narratives for executive stakeholders and "Executive Packs" for standardization.
Influence & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to influence resources without direct reporting lines and navigate complex global organizations. *LI-Y
