We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager Supply Chain to lead our End-to-End Supply Chain team at our Ness Ziona site, Israel.

The Senior Manager Supply Chain will lead the End-to-End Supply Chain and Planning function for Johnson & Johnson Biosurgery (Omrix) manufacturing sites, owning Production Planning, Inventory Management, Warehouse & Logistics, Import/Export and Procurement. The position plays a major role on the Biologics Value Stream and on the Global Plan Biosurgery team to shape Supply Chain strategy, service, profitability, cashflow, costs, and continuous improvement.

This position is responsible for the following activities:

Production Planning, Service & Scenario Management

  • Own monthly production plan for finished goods (FG), work-in-progress (EIP) and raw materials (RM), balancing service and costs
  • Model supply scenarios vs. demand, quantify business impacts, and propose data-backed options. Lead weekly operational review meetings to mitigate risks and ensure plan accountability.
  • Monitor plan attainment, service metrics and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead stakeholder communication on Supply and Demand balancing, ensuring cross-functional alignment and best course of actions to deliver E2E financials and service.

Supply Chain Transformation

  • Lead E2E process optimization and digital automation strategy.
  • Define risk-mitigation approaches for supply disruptions.
  • Drive process simplification and continuous improvement to reduce waste.
  • Serve as Value Stream Supply Chain representative; support strategy execution, cross-functional projects, and portfolio growth.
  • Manage manufacturing and supplier transformation projects including delivering on project milestones, organizational design and capabilities build
  • Support capacity expansion: cycle-time reduction, scenario planning, QC prioritization.

Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

  • Lead Supply Review meetings and ensure supply feedback/escalation into IBP.
  • Participate in demand-to-supply handover and execute IBP-aligned decisions.
  • Lead volume planning and inventory alignment for financial cycles and risk assessment.
  • Support Strategic Capacity Management (SCM), Long Range Production Plan (LRPP), Long Range Financial Plan (LRFP) updates and strategic process improvements with deep supply-chain configuration insight.

Inventory Optimization

  • Optimize FG, WIP, and RM to support free cash flow while balancing P&L and service targets for the manufacturing site and overall Global Plan organization.

Supply Chain Operations

  • Lead procurement: on-time supply, supplier performance, cost improvement, and budget control.
  • Oversee warehouse (inbound, storage, outbound), inventory control, logistics, and import/export activities.
  • Ensure compliance of Supply Chain Operations and successfully support all internal and external audits.

People leadership & collaboration

  • Lead direct and indirect reports in a matrix environment to achieve operational and team goals.
  • Build an accountable, efficient, customer-focused, team
  • Role model of our Credo and Servant Leadership, with strong focus on talent development, future focused capabilities, and retention.
  • Serve on the Israel Leadership Team (ILT).
  • Maintain strong relationships with Global Planning and cross-functional partners; implement global standard processes locally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years E2E Supply Chain/Operations experience; 5+ years in management roles with people leadership responsibility.
  • Production planning/operations experience at a manufacturing site a must. Preference for commercial Biologics / Pharma production experience. GMP environment experience required.
  • Proven change-management track record in E2E Supply Chain and Planning. Successful transformation experience a must.
  • Experience working in Global matrix organization.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Strong financial acumen to drive inventory and P&L outcomes.
  • Team-oriented leadership with focus on attraction, retention and development.
  • Proficiency in English and Hebrew.
  • Familiarity with OMP, SAP S4 HANA, Tableau, Power BI and Excel preferred. Strong digital acumen required.
  • APICS certification is a plus.
