As the SCM Analyst - CONTRACTOR, you will:

  • Support execution of the company’s supply chain operations to ensure effective material flow, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business requirements
  • Analyze customer operational requirements and industry standards to support compliant processes and strengthen OEM customer relationships
  • Support development, standardization, and monitoring of end to end operational processes, ensuring alignment with internal policies and customer requirements
  • Contribute to system and process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance and data accuracy
  • Support daily logistics execution, including shipping order releases to 3PL warehouses, shipment monitoring, and ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) verification
  • Perform inventory transactions (receiving, shipping, sub inventory movements, model changes, returns, scrap, and adjustments) in accordance with established procedures
  • Conduct daily inventory reconciliation, investigate discrepancies, and support corrective and preventive actions
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of work experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
  • Ability to travel up to 5% (domestic and international)

Preferred:

  • Bilingual in both Korean & English
  • Automotive industry experience
