What this job involves:

Join JLL as a Technology Operations Lead  and become a key strategic business partner driving executive decision-making through sophisticated data storytelling and analytical excellence. This high-impact role combines your consulting expertise with operational strategy, where you'll transform complex business challenges into compelling presentations and actionable insights for C-suite leadership. You'll serve as the bridge between data and strategy, developing executive-grade dashboards and communications that accelerate critical business decisions. This position offers exceptional visibility across the organization and the opportunity to leverage your Big 4 consulting experience in shaping the future of commercial real estate.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Executive Presentation Development: Design and deliver sophisticated slide decks for C-suite meetings, board presentations, and strategic planning sessions using advanced PowerPoint techniques and data visualization

• Dashboard Creation & Management: Build and maintain executive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik that provide real-time insights into key performance metrics and strategic objectives

• Business Case Development: Conduct ROI analyses, market assessments, and strategic recommendations that inform major business decisions and investment priorities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, operations, and business development teams to gather requirements, analyse performance data, and translate findings into executive-ready insights

• Strategic Analysis: Perform deep-dive analyses on business performance, market trends, and competitive positioning to support strategic planning and operational optimization

• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate strategic discussions with senior leadership, present findings to executive committees, and provide ongoing analytical support for strategic initiatives

• Project Management: Leading and managing special projects in the PMO team, including initiatives to transform the PMO processes to leverage AI technologies.
