Voor de afdeling 2D/3D zijn wij op zoek naar een Cell Leader (40 uur per week – 2 ploegen).

Standplaats: Medemblik

Als Cell Leader maak je deel uit van de 2D/3D afdeling. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van logistieke werkzaamheden binnen de afdeling en je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij afwezigheid van de Shift Leader. Je richt je op de dagelijkse operationele werkzaamheden. Afwijkingen signaleer en escaleer je, en indien nodig stuur je het proces bij zodat alles zo soepel mogelijk verloopt. Dit alles binnen de geldende procedures en instructies. Daarnaast ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de gestelde doelen op het gebied van Veiligheid, Kwaliteit, Levering, Voorraad en Productiviteit (SQDIP).

In deze functie krijg je de mogelijkheid om:

• Verantwoordelijk te zijn voor en toezicht te houden op naleving van procedures, instructies en regels met betrekking tot de organisatie en het productieproces.

• In overleg met de Shift Leader zorg te dragen voor een correcte introductie, begeleiding en training van (nieuwe) medewerkers.

• Mee te werken in het team en het team aan te sturen.

• Als aanspreekpunt te fungeren bij afwezigheid van de Shift Leader.

• De werkoverdracht te organiseren en vast te leggen.

• Bij te dragen aan de continue verbetering van processen.

• Te rapporteren aan de Shift Leader.

De essentiële eisen voor deze functie zijn:

• Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als/of Engels.

• Werkervaring in een productie- en/of logistieke omgeving.

• Ervaring met het aansturen van teams is een pré.

• Bij voorkeur een afgeronde MBO-opleiding en werk- en denkniveau.

For the 2D/3D  we are looking for a Cell Leader (40 hours a week- 2 shifts)

Role based in Medemblick

As Cell Leader you are part of the 2D/3D department. You are responsible for carrying out logistic work within the department and the first point of contact in the absence of the Shift Leader. Your focus is on the daily course of business. You escalate deviations and if necessary you manage the process so that the process can run as smoothly as possible. All this within the procedures and instructions. You are partly responsible for achieving the set goals for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Stock and Productivity (SQDIP).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

• Responsible for and monitoring compliance with procedures, instructions and rules related to the organization and the production process.
• Responsible for the correct introduction, guidance and training of (new) employees in consultation with the Shift Leader.
• Works in the team and manages the team.
• Is a contact person in the absence of the Shift Leader.
• Arranging and recording the work handover.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
• Reports to the Shift Leader.

The essential requirements of the job include :

• Good speaking and writing skills in Dutch and/of English.
• You have work experience in a production and/or logistics environment.
• Experience in managing teams is an advantage.
• Preferably a completed MBO education and of a certain level.
