Descripción del rol
En VML Colombia buscamos un/a Social Media Strategist para definir, liderar y optimizar la estrategia de redes sociales de las marcas asignadas.
Este rol combina pensamiento estratégico, análisis de datos y entendimiento profundo de las audiencias y plataformas sociales.
Responsabilidades
Definir estrategias de social media alineadas con los objetivos de marca y negocio.
Desarrollar planes de contenido y lineamientos estratégicos para redes sociales.
Analizar métricas, resultados y desempeño de las plataformas sociales.
Identificar insights, oportunidades y tendencias relevantes para las marcas.
Trabajar de manera colaborativa con equipos creativos, de contenido y performance.
Asegurar coherencia entre estrategia, contenido y ejecución.
Presentar análisis, resultados y recomendaciones estratégicas.
Optimizar la estrategia a partir de datos, aprendizajes y feedback del cliente.
Requisitos
Experiencia entre 4 y 6 años en roles de estrategia digital o social media.
Formación profesional en Comunicación, Marketing, Publicidad o carreras afines.
Conocimiento profundo de plataformas sociales y sus métricas.
Capacidad analítica
