Senior Program Manager, Data & AI

What You’ll Do

• Translate data and AI strategy into clear plans, priorities and actionable road maps
• Coordinate programs from planning through delivery, ensuring process alignment across data, AI and stakeholder teams
• Establish governance frameworks and decision structures that clarify priorities, tradeoffs and ownership across initiatives
• Manage dependencies, track progress and reinforce accountability to ensure projects ship on time
• Define and lead operational cadences, including leadership reviews, road map checkpoints, KPI tracking and executive reporting
• Synthesize complex technical and business inputs into clear recommendations for senior leaders
• Balance business impact with technology investment to support informed decision-making
• Proactively identify risks, remove barriers and challenge assumptions to drive better outcomes
• Serve as a trusted internal consultant and influential partner to leaders across product, engineering, legal and other key functions
• Foster transparency, proactive communication and alignment across a broad stakeholder network

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, technology, engineering or a related field required
• At least five years of experience in operations, program management, product management or a related role required; more than eight years of experience preferred
• Experience working closely with data, analytics or engineering teams required
• Engineering background or familiarity with machine learning concepts preferred
• Active curiosity and personal experimentation with AI technologies preferred
• A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s San Francisco office at least three days per week required
• Eligibility to work in the United States required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
