We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst Applications (Sr .NET Developer) to join our Applications Development & Intelligence Automation -CAT IT Division Bangalore Team. 

The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore PSN Office, KA-India 

What you will do 

• Incumbent would be part of development team to provide technical design and implementation mentorship and oversight 

• Lead analysis, architecture, design, and development of Enterprise solutions  

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architects, application development, and cross functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and system designs. 

• Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility. 

• Work closely with cross functional application teams to develop POCs and the solution. 

• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, scalability, extendibility, optimization, and sustainability. 

• Build and improve software architecture based on the requirements and design elements. 

• Analyze and improve stability, scalability, and the performance of products. 

• Provide leadership and expertise in the development of standards, architectural governance, design patterns, and best practices, including technical guidance/development mentorship. 

• Partner with Enterprise application development teams across all aspects of technology projects. 

• Design and develop common components, services and frameworks to be used by Application Development Teams. 

What you will have  

• Seeking an individual with a Finance background - Qualified CA, qualified CMA, or MBA in Supply Chain or Engineering background.
• 5-7years of hands-on experience in Enterprise application Development and application integration development, including SDLC, Object-oriented, and Full Stack application programming  

• 5-7years of .NET Development (.NET Core, WinForm, WCF, WPF, MVC, C#, VB.NET, ASP) experience 

• 5-7years of Web Design (HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS) experience 

• 5-7years of Web Service and API Design (SOAP, REST) experience 

• 5-7 years of database modeling and design 

• MS SQL Server, Oracle Database, MySQL and PostgreSQL experience 

• Development implementation using Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodology 

• Implementation experience preparing reports with SSRS and RDLC. 

• Experience with multi-tier system development 

• JavaScript/DHTML, HTML, XML, J2EE, jQuery, CSS 

• 5 years of resource management experience 

• Legacy and data migration experience 

• Functional knowledge of Transportation and Manufacturing Domain 

• GIT, TFS and Azure knowledge 

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills 

• Strong customer service skills 

• Must be a team player 

• Proficiency on asynchronous programming, Generics, Threading etc.  

• Object-oriented programming  

• Azure DevOps or similar products for setting up CI/CD platform is a plus 

• Having Azure cloud services is a plus. 

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills 

• Strong customer service skills 

• JavaScript frameworks such as Angular8+ or React are a plus 

 Domain experience:  

• Experience in Manufacturing industry with exposure to developing engineering applications is desirable  

Additional Information: 

• Work Timings: 01:00 Noon -10:00PM IST 

• This position requires the employee to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
