We’re hiring a Manufacturing Engineer at our Manufacturing location in Moberly, MO, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The role, based in Moberly, MO, involves developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods. This requires expertise in product design, materials, fabrication processes, tooling, production equipment, assembly, and quality control.
Primary Responsibilities
- Be able to analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements, workflow, designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
- Provide estimated production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.
- Communicate manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, or other information to facilitate production processes.
- Confer with vendors in order to determine specifications of products and arrange equipment, material purchase, and parts.
- Evaluate products based on specifications and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Facilitate the handoff from design release to production (production realization)
- Other duties and design projects as assigned
