About the Role

We're looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to own our on-the-ground marketing presence across the UK and EMEA. This is a hands-on, execution-first role — you'll be the person making things happen at events, not just planning them from a desk.

You'll manage our full UK & EMEA event calendar while keeping our wider marketing channels active and consistent. If you love the buzz of a live event as much as a well-crafted campaign, this one's for you.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of our EMEA event calendar — trade shows, industry conferences, roundtables, and hosted experiences
  • Manage the end-to-end operational infrastructure of each event — from supplier relationships and venue coordination to on-site presence and execution
  • Research and evaluate new event opportunities aligned to our audience and pipeline goals
  • Build pre- and post-event campaigns to drive attendance, engagement, and lead capture
  • Work closely with sales to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up
  • Track event spend against budget and report on ROI
  • Write and schedule content across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Produce supporting materials — landing pages, social posts,
