Your Impact on our Mission

Designers play a critical role in shaping how Zocdoc is visually experienced across digital channels. This role is responsible for developing high-quality, brand-aligned design work that supports both product and marketing initiatives. By translating strategic goals into compelling visual assets, a Designer ensures consistency across all touchpoints, strengthens brand recognition, and helps communicate Zocdoc’s mission with clarity and creativity to both internal teams and external audiences.

Your Day to Day

  • Implement visual branding guidelines across various channels.
  • Create marketing collateral, including digital campaigns, website graphics, and program materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in all communications.
  • Design selected user interface elements and prepare visual assets for digital products.
  • Maintain and update design libraries and assets.
  • Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and design tools.

You’ll Be Successful In This Role If You Have…

  • Education: Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or a related major.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a visual designer in agency or in-house settings.
  • Specialized knowledge: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Skills and abilities: Strong compositional design skills, proactive communication, comfortable in collaborative settings, has a self-starting mindset and endless curiosity.
