HelloFresh is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist, Events to own and drive our in-person events, activations, campus program, and field marketing initiatives across Canada. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership of their work, thinks in numbers, and thrives in the field as much as they do in a spreadsheet.
Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing event-based customer acquisition programs that deliver against volume, CAC, ROI, and efficiency goals.
You will manage vendors and agency partners, oversee key operational processes, and turn performance insights into action. If you are someone who holds yourself accountable to results and wants to directly influence growth, this role is for you.
Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for
- Own the planning, execution, and optimization of customer acquisition initiatives across events, activations, pop-ups, campus programs, and field marketing programs, with a clear understanding of how your work ties to CAC, ROI, and overall channel efficiency.
- Oversee a network of 150+ brand ambassadors across major Canadian markets, keeping them motivated and aligned with HelloFresh's brand values.
- Manage vendor and agency partnerships to optimize campaign execution and cost-effectiveness.
- Bring an AI-first approach to your day-to-day work, actively using tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline campaign operations, and free up time for higher-impact thinking. You look for ways to work smarter before working harder.
- Step in as needed to assist with hands-on campaign execution to ensure successful outcomes.
- Own operational tasks including voucher creation, invoicing, and cost tracking, with a sharp eye on budget efficiency and financial performance.
- Track, analyze, and present campaign performance insights that inform future investment and strategy decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Analytics, Finance, Brand, Creative, Product Marketing, and broader Growth teams to improve channel effectiveness and execution
- Support key operational initiatives across other offline growth channels, including Direct Sales, door-to-door, and Lead Generation
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and field marketing best practices, and bring forward fresh ideas to drive growth.

Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required, with BBA or BComm preferred
- 3+ years of professional experience in growth marketing, event marketing, field marketing, or a related acquisition-focused role
- Experience managing or supporting event marketing, activations, field programs, or other offline acquisition channels
- An ownership mindset: you take initiative, follow through, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in acquisition and performance marketing metrics, including CAC, ROI, payback, conversion, and budget tracking
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute in a fast-moving environment
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly to a range of audiences
- Experience collaborating with external vendors and internal stakeholders outside of Marketing
- A collaborative approach that brings energy and focus to the team
- Genuine enthusiasm for HelloFresh’s mission and a hunger to grow

- Experience at a marketing agency.
- Bilingual (French proficiency is a plus).
