The OKX DEX-SWAP team is building the future of multi-chain trading — a one-stop aggregated platform where users can discover and trade any token across blockchains at the best liquidity and prices. Using intelligent routing algorithms, we minimize slippage, optimize fees, and accelerate execution. If you're passionate about cross-chain interoperability, smart routing, and decentralized liquidity, this is the team for you.

We're looking for a seasoned backend engineer to own our DEX Derivatives, Web3 Growth, and Innovative Product verticals — designing, building, and scaling core systems that power OKX's next-generation Web3 products, with a clear path to technical leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Contribute to backend development of blockchain-related services, including protocols, recommendation algorithms, and core ecosystem products.
  • Continuously optimize system architecture and performance to meet high standards of availability, reliability, and scalability.
  • Identify opportunities for infrastructure improvement, advancing engineering efficiency and system robustness.
  • Partner closely with product and business teams to translate requirements into well-designed, high-quality solutions.
  • Tackle complex technical challenges and share system design best practices to raise
