Job Summary

Join Mentor, the market leader in breast implants, as a Senior Marketing Manager supporting our Reconstruction business. This is a high-impact role within the US Marketing organization, offering the opportunity to shape strategy, drive performance, and create meaningful connections with both healthcare professionals and patients.

We’re seeking an experienced, creative, and highly collaborative marketer to own the strategy, execution, and performance of the US Implant and Tissue Expander portfolio for the hospital channel. This role sits at the intersection of brand, demand, and customer experience—ideal for a marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to help redefine how an industry markets to its customers and patients.

Working collaboratively with sales, cross-functional teams, agencies, and partners, the Sr. Marketing Manager uses market insights and new technologies to optimize campaigns and elevate brand presence. Strong presentation, analytical, leadership, and project management skills are essential for success. You’ll have visibility, influence, and the chance to drive work that matters—for surgeons, hospitals, and patients alike.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for the US Implant and Tissue Expander portfolio within the hospital channel
  • Own the channel strategy and performance, using data, insights, and KPIs to optimize campaigns and drive results
  • Develop compelling messaging and value propositions tailored to both HCP and patient audiences
  • Create and execute integrated content and campaigns that elevate brand presence across the customer journey
  • Build strong, close partnerships with Sales and Corporate Accounts, ensuring alignment between marketing strategy and commercial execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, regulatory, communications, digital, and analytics teams
  • Manage and partner with external agencies, driving excellence in creative development and campaign delivery
  • Leverage market insights and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
  • Maintain and update brochures, discussion guides, and other patient-facing materials, ensuring accuracy and preventing expiration.
  • Manage, maintain and update all portfolio claims that need to be renewed or deleted to keep up to date claims matrix.
  • Partner closely with the sales force to ensure effective communication, understand selling tool needs, training and messages are delivered and customer needs are being met.
  • Assist in the development and execution of content management and consumer journey initiatives for the brand working collaboratively with other marketing partners.
  • Partner with Key Opinion Leaders to understand consumer needs and translate learnings into action.
  • Help monitor marketplace and competitor trends via professional publications/databases, conferences, etc. and anticipate marketplace and competitive issues.
  • Support and/or guide agencies, vendors and partners to implement tactical plans, ensure timelines are met, and budgets are managed.
  • Coordinate with the Market Research, Analytics & Sales Ops Teams to identify research, insight and measurement needs to inform spend, scale, or campaign optimizations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; required (Advanced degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant marketing experience required. Surgical medical device marketing experience preferred.
  • 5 + years of experience in a Marketing Manager role for a medical device company with ownership of a product or portfolio.
  • 5 + years of HCP marketing experience, consumer experience a plus
  • 5+ years of experience managing promotional budgets with strong business analysis skills.
  • Launch ownership experience with newly marketed products or new indications.
  • Experience working with corporate and national account teams and/or account based marketing a plus.
  • Strong collaboration and partnership working directly with sales to create programs and drive results.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong public speaking skills
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategies/tactics that have delivered strong commercial results across both traditional & digital marketing channels.
  • Outstanding project management skills and experience managing multiple vendors, marketing partners
  • Deep understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in medical device promotions, industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issues.
  • Excellent listening, presentation, writing, editing and communication skills with ability to present to senior management when needed.
  • Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
  • The ability and willingness to travel domestically as required – up to 25%.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$122,000.00 - $212,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
