Program Management Analyst

The Third-Party Management (TPM) provides operational support, process guidance, and quality assurance and quality control oversight to businesses across Citi, leveraging a central utility infrastructure, standardized processes and operating procedures to execute robust risk management activities throughout the third-party management life cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Citi businesses for the execution of third-party risk management activities, including Internal risk assessments, third-party onboarding activities and off boarding of third parties
• Review third-party records across Citi systems to ensure accuracy of data and supporting artifacts
• Escalate technical and process issues in a timely manner
• Ensure timely completion and updates to third-party related risk information based on required frequency; track outstanding items for follow-up
• Participate on continuous improvement activities
• Perform root-cause analysis to implement process enhancements to increase customer satisfaction

Ideal background:

• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Experience in positions providing customer support
• Strong organization skills, with proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
• Detail oriented, with strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Relationship management skills with ability to build partnerships across Citi businesses
• Proficient in MS Office applications
