As a Senior Salesforce Systems Administrator, you will configure and manage the core Salesforce platform, overseeing user management, complex security rules, advanced Flows, and high-impact dashboards. You will design scalable architectural solutions and own the platform roadmap, with a specific focus on customizing the Salesforce CPQ environment to align with evolving business requirements. Beyond configuration, you will oversee critical system integrations and implement continuous deployment via DevOps tools, while providing strategic support and training to empower our global end users.
What will you do?
This role is structured as a hybrid position, with ~1 day/week at our office in Heredia. This is a varied, business-facing role with the following responsibilities:
- Platform Configuration & Management:
- All aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
- Perform routine and basic administration of Salesforce, including managing Salesforce usage and limits, backups, data import and exports, and sandbox refreshes and maintenance.
- Solution Design & Roadmapping:
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
- Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
- CPQ & Automation:
- Configuration and Customization of the Salesforce CPQ platform to meet business requirements, including product setup, price rules, product configurations, quote templates, discount schedules, and approval processes.
- Monitor and manage CPQ-related data integrity and accuracy across opportunities, quotes, products, orders, contracts, and subscriptions.
- Configure and optimize process automations and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Integrations & DevOps:
- Management and maintenance of integrated applications and third-party suppliers, including DocuSign, Marketo, C
