As a System Test Engineer Senior on an Enterprise Zero Trust Program for a DoW client, your responsibilities will include:
Review system requirements, security requirements, and design documentation to identify testable components and create traceability.
Defining test scope, identifying test cases, and establishing test methodologies.
Creating comprehensive testing documentation to ensure thorough and consistent testing.
Determining the most critical areas for testing and focus resources accordingly.
Execute system, integration, and end‑to‑end testing for cybersecurity-focused systems and services.
Document test results, maintain test evidence, and ensure compliance with internal and DoW testing standards.
Timely execution and reporting of test results are crucial for meeting project deadlines.

Identify, log, and track defects; collaborate with developers and engineers to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in system testing, software testing, or integration testing in an enterprise or government environment.
5+ years’ experience in the development and execution of test procedures and test scripts.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional engineering environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly document test results and findings
Required Skills/Knowledge:
Experience troubleshooting at the system level (hardware and software).
Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail).
Ability to read and interpret technical requirements, architecture diagrams, and security documentation.
Strong understanding of system, integration, and functional testing practices.
Active Secret Clearance.
Desired Skills/Knowledge:
Experience with DoW acceptance testing requirements for complex systems.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles such as least privilege, continuous authentication, and micro-segmentation.
Bachelor’s degree.
