Help build analytics and data literacy capabilities across the organization, supporting a strong, inclusive data‑driven culture
Build Strong Stakeholder Partnerships
Act as the primary point of connection for Commercial stakeholders on all advanced analytics initiatives
Facilitate alignment on priorities, scope, and roadmap through structured governance and open dialogue
Lead and support workshops, steering committees, and executive discussions
Coach and support stakeholders as they navigate AI, machine learning, and data‑driven ways of working
Deliver Impactful AI & Analytics Solutions
Lead cross‑functional Data Science and Data Engineering teams using agile ways of working
Oversee delivery by managing milestones, dependencies, and risks collaboratively
Ensure analytics solutions are designed with the end user in mind, including clear user journeys and practical adoption plans
Balance technical understanding with business impact, helping teams choose the right analytical approach for each challenge
What You Bring
