Lead the Requirement Gathering & Brainstorming discussions with Product owner, Enterprise, and Business architects. • Be responsible for gathering and understanding of business needs and translating them into effective stories/requirements. • Mange the project approach, building stakeholder relationship, take buy-in for the project plan, commitments, and changes. • Precisely capture business problems, value drivers, functional and non-functional requirements into clear documentation. • Assess the feasibility, opportunities, risks and impact of various solution options. • Support Technology teams to manage delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications, budget. • Drive the User acceptance testing and end to end solution validation. • Define the Test cases/scenarios based on given requirements to validate the solution being implemented to address that requirement. • Work with the Technology team and Product Owners to drive improvemen
