Senior HR Regional Partner, Corporate HR Partner

The Opportunity
We seek an experienced HR Partner specializing in German labor relations for our Berlin Corporate Office. This role requires:
- Deep technical knowledge of German labor law
- Proven experience partnering with Works Councils
- Strong stakeholder management skills with cross-functional and senior leaders
- Demonstrated success in labor relations with unions and Works Councils.

Basic Qualifications

- Knowledge of local labor law
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
- Speak, write, and read fluently in German
- Experience of partnering with work councils

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans
- Experience in HR within an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environment
- Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and make the best use of available resources
