About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of next-generation autonomy and fleet management products for mining applications. This role sits at the intersection of autonomy software and real-world mine operations. You will own products end-to-end — from discovery through deployment — shaping solutions that optimize safety, productivity, and equipment utilization across mining sites.

At Applied Intuition, you will:

  • Drive product strategy and integration of mining autonomy and fleet management systems (FMS)
  • Translate deep customer and market insights into clear system requirements that improve safety, equipment utilization, and operational efficiency
  • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and post-deployment support
  • Partner closely with engineering (software, embedded, hardware) to prioritize impactful deliverables and ensure high-quality execution
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across design, sales, marketing, business development, QA, verification & validation, and safety
  • Regularly engage customers onsite and remotely to gather feedback and ensure product-market fit

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Systems Engineering, or a related technical leadership role
  • Experience launching complex embedded or software-defined products that integrate hardware and software
  • Experience in mining operations and heavy equipment environments
  • Knowledge of system architecture and requirements definition for large-scale, safety-critical systems
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • MS/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

Nice to have:

  • Background in autonomous vehicles or collision avoidance systems
  • Exposure to hypergrowth startup environments
  • Familiarity with ML systems or digital twin platforms
