FinOps Analyst - Payroll, Global Employee Receivables Management

Amazon is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic candidate to join the fast-paced world of Payroll operations. We are not an average retailer and this is definitely not your average payroll position reporting in through Amazon Finance Operations. We’re looking for exceptional people with outstanding communication, problem solving skills, payroll process combined with payroll system knowledge, and customer service passion. Amazon seeks a Payroll Analyst with at least 1 year of EMEA Payroll process or AR collections knowledge in a large customer-oriented corporate environment.

Responsibilities also include:
• Knowledge of payslips calculations.
• Inform, follow up and collect any open overpayments/receivables.
• Handle customer queries related to overpayments and receivables.
• Provide support and assist in resolving employee queries.
• Work with multiple stakeholder teams to understand root cause of overpayments/receivables and provide details to employee.
• Work closely with Payroll Operations for providing better employee experience and improve collection effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications

- 2+ years of relevant experience (Payroll or AR Collections) · Bilingual English/Spanish · Good written and oral communication skills · Flexible to work in shifts

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge on Payroll/Taxes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Prior experience in Payroll process
