Statutory Reporting

  • Prepare and review statutory financial statements in line with relevant accounting standards and company policies.

  • Ensure timely submission of all statutory reports and filings.

  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, completeness, and compliance in financial reporting processes.

  • Support the enhancement of reporting efficiency through process improvements and automation where possible.

Tax Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and review all corporate tax, VAT/GST, withholding tax, and other required tax filings.

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end tax reporting calendar to ensure timely submissions.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with external tax advisors and ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Manage submissions and reporting to global and regional tax teams, ensuring alignment with internal policies and frameworks.

  • Lead and support all tax audits, including preparation and review of analysis, documentation, reconciliations, and samples.

Audit Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for statutory auditors and tax advisors during audit cycles.

  • Provide required documentation, explanations, and support for audit queries.

  • Ensure audit findings are addressed and remediated promptly.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as liaison between finance, business units, tax advisors, and auditors to ensure seamless information flow.

  • Partner with internal teams (Accounting, Finance, FP&A, Legal, etc.) to support compliance and reporting accuracy.

  • Communicate reporting requirements and timelines clearly to all stakeholders.

Governance, Controls & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, tax regulations, and statutory frameworks.

  • Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies related to reporting and tax processes.

  • Support implementation of new reporting standards or regulatory changes.

  • Drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in reporting processes and tools.

Qualifications

- 3+ Years of experience in statutory reporting, tax or any relevant field

- Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or any related field.
