Senior Analyst, Strategic Sourcing Center of Excellence

We’re hiring a Senior Analyst to join our Center of Excellence Team within our Strategic Sourcing department here at HelloFresh. In this exciting role, you will be a key partner to our purchasing leaders, support core budgeting processes, and drive strategic sourcing initiatives. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have a genuine interest in analyzing ambiguous datasets to identify actionable business insights, negotiations, and a strong desire to make a data driven big impact 

You will …

• Collaborate with Procurement category leaders to facilitate and drive strategic value creation initiatives, including analytics-driven RFPs and sourcing events
• Identify and communicate actionable data driven business insights to internal partners, including senior and executive leadership
• Support our quarterly budgeting process for the entire enterprise across all lines of businesses
• Build and maintain scalable data products to enable strategic decision making for the procurement strategy team
• Ad-hoc spend analytics

You have…

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in an advanced analytical capacity (preparing complex reports, presentations, and data visualizations) and/or 1-2 years of management consulting experience
• Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Math, Engineering, Data/Computer Science, or other relevant areas of study
• Advanced fluency in spreadsheet modeling and data analytics  
• Basic proficiency in SQL required; advanced SQL and/or Python experience is a plus
• Fluent in English
