THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Indirect Channel Marketing Manager to our Revenue Marketing team in São Paulo!
The Marketing Manager will play a key role as POC for the Channel Partners team, developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for our partners’ ecosystem, including TO & THROUGH partners pillars. The ideal candidate will be the strategic architect behind our indirect channel success. Your mission is to design and scale growth engines for our partners. You will specialize in incentive strategies, trade marketing, and joint demand generation, ensuring our partners are not only engaged but are high-performing extensions of our sales force.
This position requires competency in partner channel models such as Reseller, Referral & Affiliate programs, partner program management, channel partner recruitment, co-marketing, as well as relationship building & influencing business owners and leaders internally and externally.
YOUR IMPACT
- Partner Growth Strategy: Design and execute multichannel strategies to accelerate partner-led revenue, focusing on acquisition, expansion, and retention within the ecosystem.
- Incentive & Engagement Campaigns: Create and manage sales incentive programs and trade marketing initiatives that drive "top-of-mind" awareness and priority for our solutions among partners.
- Marketing Acceleration Program: Lead our flagship acceleration program for Tier 1 partners, providing strategic marketing consultancy to help them build and scale their own demand generation engines (Through-Partner Marketing).
- Demand Gen & Enablement: Develop high-impact training campaigns and sales plays, ensuring the ecosystem is equipped to generate and convert high-quality leads.
- Strategic MDF Management: Oversee the Market Development Funds (MDF) allocation, prioritizing high-ROI initiatives such as digital co-marketing, content syndication, and conversion-oriented actions over traditional branding events.
- Ecosystem Optimization: Manage the library of white-label assets, sales playbooks, and co-branded landing pages to maximize conversion rates across the partner funnel.

WHO YOU ARE
- Proven experience in B2B Marketing, with a strong background in Partner Growth, Trade Marketing, or Channel Program Management.
- Deep expertise in designing incentive mechanics, and engagement loops that drive partner loyalty and sales behavior.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on pipeline impact, ROI per partner, and ecosystem health.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Knowledge with different tools, including Hubspot, SF & SFMC, Amplitude, Asana, and others. PRM tools as a Plus;
- Fluent in English
