Role 

We are looking for a Senior Technical Marketing Engineer to join our team. This is an hybrid role based in Bengaluru, reporting to the Director Product Management in the Product Management department.

As a Technical Marketing Engineer within the Product Management organization, you will serve as the essential technical bridge between engineering innovation and market execution. You will translate complex product capabilities into compelling technical content—including deep-dive whitepapers, architectural guides, and high-impact demonstrations—while ensuring our field teams are equipped with the technical proof points necessary to win.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Respond to Product Engagement Requests by the field and represent the Zero Trust Browser product with customers and prospects
  • Educate the field by collaborating on deals and other training programs
  • Help the sales organizations to drive top deals for the Zero Trust Browser Product
  • Produce documentation around best practices, technical know-how, and product demos which are consumable by customers and the field
  • Serve as the product specialist who understands the product in depth

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 5–7 years of experience in a technical role such as Systems Engineering, Technical Support, Product Management, or Technical Account Management
  • Deep understanding of security concepts and hands-on experience with products such as SASE, Proxies, VPNs, and ZTNA
  • Proven experience performing competitive technical analysis and "feature-by-feature" bake-offs against market rivals
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical architectures into clear, concise collateral including whitepapers, blog posts, and technical guides
  • Experience delivering live product demonstrations and technical training to internal sales teams or external customers
