Why this role matters:

We are seeking a motivated Wireless Network Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to join our Network Engineering team. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise wireless networks, with a strong emphasis on Aruba wireless infrastructure and ClearPass for secure network access control. The successful candidate will help ensure high availability, performance, and security across office and campus environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Aruba Management: Design, deploy, and support enterprise WLAN solutions using Aruba access points, controllers, and Aruba Central.
  • ClearPass Administration: Configure and maintain ClearPass for comprehensive network access control (NAC), including 802.1X, guest access, and policy enforcement.
  • RF Optimization: Conduct predictive and active site surveys to ensure peak wireless performance, coverage, and capacity.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement and manage robust security standards, including WPA3, RADIUS integrations, and wireless security protocols.
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to align wireless solutions with the broader network environment.
  • Lifecycle & Support: Manage wireless hardware upgrades and provide high-level escalation support for complex connectivity issues.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain precise network documentation and participate in incident response and on-call rotations.

What you will bring:

Required:

  • Aruba Specialist: 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Aruba APs, controllers, and Aruba Central management.
  • ClearPass Expertise: Proven ability to configure and support Aruba ClearPass for network access control.
  • Wireless Proficiency: Deep understanding of RF fundamentals and wireless standards, from legacy protocols to 802.11ax.
  • Security & Authentication: Expert knowledge of 802.1X, RADIUS, WPA2/WPA3, and EAP-TLS certificate-based authentication.
  • Core Networking: Strong grasp of essential networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, and DNS.
