We are looking for a People Services Specialist to join our People & Culture team. This is a hybrid role based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, reporting to the Manager, People Services - EMEA. You will be a key part of our general and administrative team, providing a strong foundation for growth and scaling our global infrastructure. You’ll put your passion, drive, and expertise to work with the world’s cloud security leader, helping to nurture an amazing culture and work environment.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Provide a frustration-free employee experience through operational excellence and timely inquiry management

  • Operate as the primary resource for employee requests through the internal ServiceNow ticketing system

  • Manage daily administration of employee data in the internal HRIS and various support systems

  • Support cross-functional programs between operations, payroll, and internal People & Culture teams while creating opportunities to transform current processes

  • Assist in the transformation of the People Ops department through project-based initiatives as the company continues to scale
