Role Overview  

 

• LOC (Logistics Operation Team) aim to optimize PDD performance and enhance consumer satisfaction.
• Monitor key metrics across first-mile, middle-mile and last-mile to define the area of improvement.
• Cooperate with stakeholders and management to enhance the area of improvement.

 

What You Will Do 

• Handover with KR team for current TW logistics reports, last-mile-related mainly and create new reports and dashboards to incluse first-mile and middle-mile to ensure the the whole transportation process are included.

• Cooperate with LOC operation specialists, hub managers, and TW logistics management to improve PDD and enhance consumer satisfaction.
