Intern AI & Management Consulting (Value Engineering - BNL Market)

The Team:

As part of the Benelux Value Engineering team, you’ll join a group of data-driven business consultants helping major enterprises across industries like Manufacturing, Financial Services, Energy, and Consumer Goods.

You’ll work closely with our Value Engineers, Principals, and Partner VEs to help customers measure, realize, and scale value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You’ll report directly to Maarten van der Borden, Director Value Engineering Benelux.

The Role:

As an Intern Value Engineer, you’ll experience the full lifecycle of our customer engagements — from early discovery to quantified business value. 
You’ll analyze process and financial data, build insights with Celonis technology, and help prepare customer-facing materials for workshops, Proofs of Value (PoVs), and AI Value Plans.

You’ll collaborate across Sales, Partners, and the wider Value Engineering organization to turn data into decisions and insight into action.

The work you’ll do:

• Analyze customer data to identify bottlenecks and value potential
• Quantify business impact and build management-ready presentations
  Support creation of AI Value Plans and Value Realization reports
• Help run Proofs of Value (PoVs) and capture success stories
• Maintain key inputs for the Customer Health Score dashboards
• Prepare content for BNL reviews, QBRs, and Town Halls
• Collaborate with partners (Apolix, Ofi, Datalane, KPMG) on deliverables
• Contribute to internal tools and automation within the BNL Value Engineering Team

The qualifications you need:

• Student in Business Engineering, Data Science, Management, or related field
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python
• Interest in AI, digital transformation, and management consulting
• Clear communication and storytelling skills
• Business fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus)
• Available for a 6-month, full-time internship based in Amsterdam
