The Challenge

We’re hiring an Engineering Team Lead (Backend) to guide a team building high-performance, scalable backend services that power OneTrust’s global trust platform. You’ll mix leadership with hands-on backend engineering — shaping architecture, mentoring engineers, and ensuring we deliver robust, secure microservices at scale.

Your Mission

Lead and mentor a backend engineering team.
Drive technical strategy, architecture, and high-quality delivery.
Design and implement backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and modern microservice patterns.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance.
Promote DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and observability best practices.
Collaborate with Product, Architects, and UX to deliver impactful solutions.
Champion continuous learning and engineering excellence.
