The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter to play a critical role in shaping the company’s leadership future. In this role, you will partner closely with senior executives and business leaders to attract, assess, and close exceptional executive-level talent that drives long-term growth and organizational success across the organization.

This is a highly strategic position where you will operate as a trusted advisor to leadership, owning complex and confidential searches for senior and executive roles. Beyond execution, you will influence hiring strategy, provide deep market and talent intelligence, and help strengthen executive pipelines and succession planning.
