Klaviyo continues to scale across EMEA, and we’re looking for an experienced Principal Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract, based in Dublin. This role offers a unique opportunity to operate within a high-growth SaaS environment, delivering complex, multi-market hiring while gaining meaningful exposure to how a scaling business evolves.
You’ll operate with significant autonomy and ownership from day one—partnering closely with senior leaders to deliver priority hiring outcomes, shape how we hire during a critical phase of growth, and represent Klaviyo to candidates through a thoughtful, high-touch experience that reflects our values and ambition.
How You Will Make an Impact
Hiring Delivery & Sourcing
- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for priority roles, from proactive sourcing and talent mapping through offer negotiation and close, ensuring speed, quality and consistency.
- Design and execute multi-channel, multi-touch candidate engagement strategies across DACH, CEE and Southern Europe, building diverse, high-quality pipelines to support near-term hiring across Go-To-Market and G&A functions.
- Deliver a high-touch, values-led candidate experience, balancing empathy and authenticity with business needs, and acting as a strong first impression of Klaviyo.
Partnerships, Brand & Market Impact
- Act as a Klaviyo ambassador through direct outreach, referrals, events and social channels, strengthening our employer brand across key EMEA markets.
- Own and manage programmatic recruiting partnerships with universities, diversity-focused partners, agencies and relevant industry networks.
- Apply a data-led, ROI-focused approach to external partnerships, prioritising channels and partners that deliver measurable hiring impact during the contract term.
Continuous Improvement & Influence
- Bring fresh perspectives and practical solutions to hiring challenges—your ideas and insights will directly shape how we hire during the FTC.
- Use data and analytics to identify trends, remove friction and improve hiring efficiency.
- Proactively apply AI-enabled tools and workflows to make work smarter, faster and more efficient, while responsibly aligning with Klaviyo’s values and standards.
- Build trusted relationships quickly with hiring managers, senior leaders and People Team partners across EMEA, influencing outcomes through credibility and partnership.
Who You Are
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including in-house experience within a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience recruiting across multiple EMEA markets, with deep expertise in multi-channel engagement strategies across DACH, CEE and Southern Europe.
- Background hiring for Go-To-Market roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support), with additional exposure to G&A hiring a plus.
- Demonstrates strong AI fluency, with a responsible, curiosity-driven approach to adopting new tools and workflows.
- Comfortable delivering impact quickly in complex, fast-moving environments.
- Influential, organised and delivery-driven.
- Eligible to work in Ireland without restriction.
