We have a vision: Building the largest marketplace in your city, to give access to anything in minutes. And this is where your ride starts.
YOUR MISSION
As an Internal Comms, Employer Branding & Events Specialist, you will be a key driver in executing our high impact internal communications, employer branding and events strategy, ensuring our messages are landing, our events are flawless, and our employer brand is shining.
You will support the Head of Internal Comms, Employer Branding & Events in delivering high-impact, top-notch content that engages our global team and candidates and strengthens our unique culture. You’ll be building strong narratives and presentations for global all-hands from scratch, leading complex comms projects end-to-end, for internal and external audiences.
We aren't looking for someone to just "tick boxes." We need a high-performer with a strong “can-do” attitude, who is ready to take risks, fail fast and learn faster. The ideal candidate takes ownership, acts with high levels of autonomy, critical thinking, and will go above and beyond from day one.
Keep reading if you’re ready to roll up your sleeves at every level, if “out of my scope” is not in your vocabulary and you’re great at juggling many high-impact projects at once.
THE JOURNEY
- Content: Own the creation and delivery of strong messages for different channels (emails, presentations, slack, video, social media…etc), ensuring everything aligns with our Tone of Voice, values, culture and super high bar standards.
- Events: Play a central role in the communication for global and local, internal and external events and key presentations, from bi-monthly global internal All-Hands to external tech meetups, ensuring the experience is "top notch" from start to finish.
- Employer Branding: Help bridge the gap between internal culture and external talent attraction. You’ll support the creation of content for our careers channels (LinkedIn, Life at Glovo) with our Social Media team to show the world what it’s really like to work @ Glovo, attract top talent and build Glovo’s reputation as a top employer of choice.
- Storytelling: Actively "hunt" for stories within the company. Whether it's a team win or a unique culture moment, you'll find the stories moving the needle of our business and our teams and turn them into engaging content for both internal and external audiences.
- Calendar management: Co-own and carefully maintain our global content and events calendars to ensure consistent, coherent, and timely messaging.
- Measurement & feedback: Monitor engagement data across our channels, providing insights and "critical thinking" on how we can improve our impact.
