Lucid Motors is seeking a Global Supply Manager to support strategic sourcing and procurement activities across a variety of indirect categories. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a broad understanding of indirect procurement within a manufacturing or technology-driven organization.

You Will:

Manage sourcing and procurement across multiple indirect categories, which may include—but are not limited to—professional services, facilities, testing, HR, finance, security, and travel.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify sourcing needs, define requirements, and develop procurement strategies that deliver value to Lucid.
Lead supplier identification, qualification, and selection processes, including RFIs and RFQs.
Analyze supplier proposals and develop recommendations balancing cost, quality, lead time, and technical considerations.
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure performance and compliance.
Oversee purchase order creation, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.goaidatadesign
