Key Responsibilities
Technical Operations
Install, maintain, repair, and optimize building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and general maintenance equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple building systems
Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices
Respond to service requests in a timely manner, ensuring KPI compliance and excellent customer service
Conduct visual inspections and report service defects promptly
Maintain operational knowledge of all relevant equipment within assigned spaces
Work Order Management
Pick up and acknowledge work orders promptly per service level agreements (SLAs)
Provide comprehensive documentation in the CMMS for all work performed
Communicate effectively with requestors regarding work status and completion timelines
Understand urgency levels and prioritize work accordingly
Safety & Compliance
Follow all safety rules and safe working practices
Complete risk assessments and point-of-work assessments prior to engaging in any activity
Ensure compliance with risk management protocols and HSSE requirements
Maintain proper use and care of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Isolate equipment according to LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures when required
Workspace & Asset Management
Understand scope of work, space usage intentions, policies, and occupant goals
Maintain inventory of tools with adequate labeling and implement effective tool management programs
Suggest repair, storage, or replacement of equipment as needed
Provide technical support for on-site facility needs
Escort vendors and coordinate third-party service activities
Customer Service & Collaboration
Exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills while providing high-touch, hospitality-focused service
Proactively develop and manage client relationships, ensuring expected service levels are achieved or exceeded
Work with clients at all levels of an organization, including C-suite executives
Collaborate with other service providers including audio-visual, catering, security, facilities, janitorial, and equipment providers
