Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information

Under the California Privacy Rights Act, you have the right to direct a business to limit the use and disclosure of your Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) to what is necessary to perform the services you requested.

Information collected by Aplyr that may qualify as SPI includes:

• Aplyr does not collect EEO or demographic data (gender, race/ethnicity, veteran status, disability status) by default and does not submit it on your behalf — voluntary self-identification sections are left for you to complete directly with the employer.
• Application-eligibility data (work authorization, visa/sponsorship needs, citizenship status, city of birth, security clearance, and a yes/no criminal-record disclosure) — only if you provide it.
• Credentials you provide for third-party services (for example, an employer-portal / Workday password or a Gmail app password) and OAuth tokens, stored encrypted with a managed KMS. Your Aplyr account password is managed by Firebase Authentication.
• Contents of communications you direct us to process — email subject lines, and, if you opt in to store message bodies, the encrypted full body of job-related messages.
• Approximate geolocation — approximate city-level coordinates derived from the city/region you enter (never street-level or precise), used for location-based job matching.

Submitting this form directs Aplyr to use and disclose the above categories only as necessary to deliver the features you've asked for, and not for any secondary purpose.
