Job Description

As a LABORATORY TECHNICIAN, you will manage the supply and support of the production lines, as the pre-treatment and painting of parts in our coating services business, Metokote.

You will work #LI-onsite reporting directly to our Quality Coordinator at our plant in Apodaca.

Key Responsibilities

  • you will manage the pretreatment and painting lines to make the necessary equipment adjustments.
  • You will validate equipment calibration and initial chemical loads in the tanks, and monitor pressures and levels in each stage to ensure service quality.
  • You will manage cyclic inventories of chemical products and track missing requirements in the system.
  • You will oversee preventive maintenance activities for each line.
  • You will provide efficient administrative follow-up for completing documentation.

Qualifications

  • Education: Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
  • More than 1 year of laboratory experience
  • knowledge of ecoat and pretreatment.
  • Office skills: Excel (form filling, charts, formulas).
  • Intermediate English.
