The opportunity:
Key Responsibilities
- Experience as a Salesforce Developer/Engineer, with a focus on Service Cloud OMS.
- Strong experience configuring process flows, automation (Flow, Process Builder), and data models.
- Extensive experience with the Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura frameworks.
- Proven ability to customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and other programmatic tools.
- Experience in developing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and 3rd party systems.
- Experience working effectively within an Agile team environment.
- Good exposure to the Salesforce partner community and ecosystem.
What you’ll be doing:
Required Skills & Experience
- We are looking for candidates experienced in developing and configuring solutions on the Salesforce platform, particularly within Service Cloud.
- You will work on client projects, using Lightning and Apex to build custom features, automate processes, and integrate Salesforce with other systems.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Certifications (One or more of the following are highly preferred):
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification. Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
- Experience with other Salesforce Clouds like Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Commerce Cloud.
