Technology Graduate Program Operations and Program Support Specialist 

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

The Technology Graduate Program Support Specialist will play a meaningful role in enabling the smooth and efficient operation of the global Leap organization. Leap is Fidelity's 12‑week, learner‑centered program designed to prepare graduates to become business‑ready technologists, equipped with strong technical foundations, professional skills, and an understanding of how technology supports real‑world business outcomes. This hybrid position blends operational excellence, program coordination, and stakeholder support across Ireland and the United States.

The specialist will work alongside the Leap Operations Lead, working on day‑to‑day operational processes, provide cross‑team support, assist with the execution and tracking of Leap programs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our global impact. This role is ideal for a highly organized, diligent professional who thrives on collaboration, problem‑solving, and supporting high‑performing teams. This role will require regular travel between our Galway and Dublin locations, estimated at approximately 25% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Coordinate daily operational processes including scheduling, resource planning, and internal communications across global time zones.
  • Support team operations by maintaining shared tools, dashboards, document repositories, and internal platforms.
  • Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and general administrative workflows.
  • Monitor and streamline operational processes to improve consistency, efficiency, and team productivity.
  • Support preparing reports, briefs, and summaries for leadership based on operational metrics and program activities.
  • Act as a central contact for operational questions from global team members.

Program Management Support

  • Coordinate planning, logistics, and execution of Leap programs and initiatives across Ireland and the US.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, schedules, and risks; escalate issues proactively.
  • Support the program team with documentation, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze program data to produce status updates, insights, and recommendations.
  • Help develop program materials such as agendas, presentations, communications, and guidance documents.
  • Contribute to the design and rollout of new programs and pilots as the Leap portfolio evolves.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with team members across regions to ensure alignment and operational consistency.
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal partners, program participants, and vendors.
  • Facilitate communication and information flow within the global Leap team.
  • Support meeting coordination, including agenda development, notes, follow‑ups, and action tracking.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, program coordination, project support, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with data, spreadsheets, project management tools and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, etc.).

Preferred

  • Experience supporting global or cross‑functional teams.
  • Background in program management, project coordination, or operational workflow design.
  • Experience navigating matrixed organizations and virtual collaboration environments.
