The opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Engineer, based in Karaganda.
What you need to succeed:
Experience in the machining industry.
Experience using measuring instruments and equipment.
Proficient in computer applications and specialized software.
Experience working with laser scanners and other measurement equipment.
Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications, and to prepare and work with reports and technical documentation.
Knowledge of materials science (metallurgy/material properties).
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
What you will do:
Works as graduate to learn to master inventory control
Provides feedback on inventory levels, inventory positioning, and planned production forecasts
Delivers input to inventory system, including network changes, lead-times, cost and delivery expectations, past and future promotional events, and new product introductions
Provides input to coordination with traffic, production planning, and warehouse personnel to ensure appropriate routing, scheduling, and storing of goods
Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities
