  • Strategic advisor: Provide expert guidance on financial matters to help achieve BioLife's strategic goals. Work closely with senior management to make informed decisions on center expansion, capital investment, cost management, and risk assessment, navigating complex financial challenges and capitalizing on opportunities for sustainable success.

  • Drive scenario and sensitivity planning, delivering predictive analysis and step-change recommendations (opportunities, risks, remediation) that support senior management in formulating effective business strategy.

  • Lead operational / manufacturing planning for the collection network, translating operational drivers — collection volume, donor compensation, cost per liter, center productivity, and labor efficiency — into financial outcomes.

  • Orchestrate stakeholder engagement across the planning cycle — leading input, review, and sign-off meetings with BU, regional, and Finance leadership to secure alignment on plans and forecasts.

  • Act as a strategic business partner to BioLife leadership, providing expert financial guidance on center expansion, capital allocation, cost management, and risk to support the achievement of strategic goals.

  • Lead stakeholder management and cross-functional business collaboration across BioLife Operations, Commercial/PDT Finance, Global Finance, and Takeda Business Solutions (TBS).

  • Develop comprehensive financial models

  • Direct the development of comprehensive financial models to support decisions on donor center economics, capacity, yield, and capital investment, and provide oversight of period-end reporting and fiduciary/statutory compliance.
