Responsabilidades Principales

Diseñar y desarrollar arquitecturas de soluciones basadas en tecnologías Cisco, con enfoque en:
- Data Center (60%)
- Colaboración, Telefonía y Voz (40%)
Actuar como consultor técnico y referente de soluciones Cisco ante clientes, partners y equipos internos.
Participar en reuniones estratégicas con clientes para comprender necesidades de negocio y traducirlas en soluciones tecnológicas.
Apoyar al equipo comercial mediante presentaciones técnicas, workshops, demostraciones y actividades de preventa.
Desarrollar estrategias de posicionamiento tecnológico alineadas con los objetivos de negocio de Cisco y la organización.
Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y adopción de tecnologías Cisco en el mercado.
Mantener una estrecha relación con fabricantes, clientes y socios estratégicos.
Liderar sesiones de descubrimiento técnico, evaluación de requerimientos y diseño de soluciones.
Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias de la industria, tecnologías emergentes y roadmaps de Cisco.
Participar en actividades presenciales con clientes y eventos de la industria, incluyendo viajes nacionales e internacionales cuando sea requerido.

Requisitos

Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones, Tecnologías de la Información o carrera afín.
Inglés avanzado (conversacional y escrito).
Experiencia sólida en soluciones Cisco de:
- Data Center (UCS, Nexus, ACI, Virtualización, Cloud, Storage, entre otras).
- Colaboración y Comunicaciones Unificadas (CUCM, Webex, Voice, Telefonía IP, Contact Center, entre otras).
Experiencia en diseño y presentación de arquitecturas tecnológicas.
Conocimiento en estrategias de negocio, posicionamiento de marca y adopción tecnológica.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y gestionar múltiples iniciativas simultáneamente.
Experiencia en roles de consultoría técnica, ingeniería de preventa o arquitectura de soluciones.
Disponibilidad para viajar.
