As a Learning & Development Specialist , you will be in charge of:

Analyze training requests collected through BH platforms, differentiating instructor-led training, online training, learning experiences, mentoring needs, and other technical learning initiatives.

Liaise with Engineering SMEs and training vendors to schedule classes throughout the year, considering global time zones.

Identify, select, and coordinate external suppliers or internal BH trainers to ensure delivery commitment for scheduled offerings.

Ensure all logistics requirements are met for both in-person and virtual classes, including room booking and class/exam setup.

Communicate course objectives, logistics, and cancellation terms to participants, and share training materials as needed.

Oversee class delivery, including enrollments, cancellations, no-shows, and attendance tracking, ensuring accurate training records.

Maintain and update training material following standard quality processes.

Collect and review training feedback to support continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Training Sciences or equivalent
Have proven experience in Program Management or Training Planning.

Have strong oral and written communication skills.

Have the ability to work effectively with global teams and manage a challenging workload.

Be team‑oriented with strong influencing skills.

Be task-focused and highly organized.

Be proficient with MS Office and web‑based applications.

Be Fluent in English and Italian.
