As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE TEAM

    • Develop and manage work schedules, assignments, and priorities for the maintenance team to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
    • Foster a strong safety culture within the maintenance department, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and procedures (e.g., LOTO, confined space, hot work).
  • Maintenance Operations Management:
    • Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
    • Oversee all reactive maintenance activities, ensuring prompt and effective troubleshooting and repair of production equipment breakdowns.
    • Utilize and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work order generation, tracking, scheduling, and historical data analysis.
    • Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring critical spares are available while optimizing inventory levels and costs.
    • Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on various production machinery.
  • Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement:
    • Analyze maintenance data (e.g., downtime, MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma principles) within maintenance to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve equipment reliability.
    • Participate in the planning and execution of capital projects related to new equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements.
    • Stay abreast of new maintenance technologies and best practices to continually improve departmental performance.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety departments to align maintenance activities with production schedules and overall plant objectives.
