As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Training Material preparation: Assist in design and translate the training materials according to guidance.

Training Coordination: Support the organization and logistics of training sessions, workshops, and user onboarding activities.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain change management documentation, track progress, and prepare reports or dashboards as guided.

Data Analysis: Gather training feedback and perform analysis and propose improvements to the current training program.

Meeting Support: Take accurate and timely meeting minutes, summarize key decisions and action items, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, team leads and team members to ensure alignment and smooth execution of change initiatives.

Requirements:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or related fields.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Vietnamese and English.

• Good organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Project) is a plus.

• Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced project environment.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative attitude.

• Interest in change management, digital transformation.
