We have an exciting full-time contract opportunity for a Senior Business Process Analyst to join the Kraft Heinz family based out of our Melbourne CBD office!

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Lead end-to-end process discovery and capture (AS-IS), producing clear process maps, SOPs, RACI and supporting artefacts.

  • Analyse captured processes to identify bottlenecks, defects, risks/controls, hand-off issues and root causes, supported by data where available.

  • Plan and facilitate process workshops (discovery, validation, redesign), using structured agendas and methods to drive outcomes and decisions.

  • Elicit, clarify and document business requirements, assumptions, constraints and dependencies with SMEs and impacted teams.

  • Manage stakeholders across business and technology, maintaining strong communication, expectations, governance and sign-offs.

  • Design and validate improved processes, including roles, controls, exception handling and customer/employee experience impacts.

  • Build, prioritise and manage a pipeline of improvement initiatives (Lean/continuous improvement), including effort/benefit assessment and business cases.

  • Drive innovation and enablement (e.g., standardisation, automation, tooling), and define measures/KPIs to track performance and adoption post-change.

About you:

  • Strong and proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or equivalent, with a focus on process improvement and Business Process Management

  • Has captured and improved end-to-end cross functional business processes

  • Proven experience applying Continue Improvement tools e.g. DMAIC, PDCA or other quality tools.

  • Proficient with process modelling tools, such as Signavio, Sparx Systems, or similar with BPMN 2.0 notation

  • Experience working in a transformation or change management environment (beneficial)

  • A self-starter with a positive attitude, strong stakeholder management skills, and ability to work in fast paced environment.

  • Eligibility to work in Australia with full working rights.
