We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant
We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to partner with our enterprise sales team and lead the technical and strategic components of our most important deals.
This role sits at the center of sales, product, and customer needs. You will shape how prospects understand the value of Built In’s platform, translate complex requirements into clear solutions, and directly influence deal outcomes.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role focused on enterprise customers and a rapidly evolving AI-driven product.

How you’ll contribute
- Partner with the enterprise sales team to support discovery calls and demos, articulating Built In’s capabilities and strategic value
- Deliver high impact product demos to clearly show how Built In helps companies improve their employer visibility and reputation across AI/search
- Scope custom implementations and requirements for strategic accounts
- Clearly demonstrate ROI of the platform
- Service as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams
- Gather market and customer feedback to help inform product roadmap priorities and go-to-market enablement
- Join new business demos and winback demos
- Ability to translate product capabilities into customer-specific workflows and use cases
- Comfort discussing integrations, data flows, and AI/search concepts at a functional level
- Lead solution design during the sales process; partner with Customer Success for post-sale implementation handoff
- Influence win rates and deal size across enterprise pipeline
- Improve demo-to-close conversion rates
- Provide actionable product feedback that informs roadmap and GTM
